This phase will be my beginner phase [along with your journey as well. it will be a pain in the arse but we will get there :) ], many of fail pictures, vlogs and showings and stating of my experiences and what i am doing to start off my journey how it may take a toll on my body physically, mentally and spiritually... but it will certainly have many of before pictures with a "goal" photo of how I know I am meant to look.
Phase 2: Illuminati Princess
This phase will be the point where i have gone and pushed passed some of my limit [and hopefully you have too!] energy levels will be increased and regular more positive habits have formed EX: run further do jumping jacks longer and not moan and complain about how i really want to just stop but it's still there! hehe
Phase 3: Illuminati Queen
The phase where I have surpassed a vast majority of my goals [and hopefully you have too! don't worry we are almost there my friend!] where i can do things without complaints and that feeling of freedom is showing. the feel of my inner spirit is close to reaching it's full potential. Soon I will be ready to move on to my Goddess Phase which will be listed at a much later time and date. but for now let's enjoy our wonderful bodies, our heightened energy and spiritual mindsets. Lets GO TEAM ASCEND! Let's make a difference in this world and make it a positive one at that!
Yes those are my phases. what are my goals. Why? self freedom of course! I wish to travel, do things I enjoy, be healthier happier, but most importantly make a difference, I wish to help the helpless and aid those who wish to be more and unsure where to start. I wish to make a breakthrough and go past the limits of human expectations learn many different languages, re-explore the world of meditation, spirituality and so much more. even share recipes and workout plans, because i want to mold myself into the beauty i know suits me most. what are you goals? why not take a journey with me and together we can ascend and make you the you you wish to be. I will answer any Q&A that may come my way that could aid one in doing things to help them, however please note everything i do comes from extensive research and assistance from a health practitioner. because in order to break my limits i must know and understand them first...
